Carlos Braun is an Argentine businessman whose family has been tied to the agro-industrial and food sectors for several generations, a tradition he now projects onto an investment platform of global reach. He is Chairman of Bellamar Estancias, a firm with more than 100,000 hectares in Argentina, of which 25,000 are devoted to crop production, combining extensive agriculture and livestock.

He is the founder of Campos Orientales S.A., a farming fund with operations in Uruguay, and co-founder of Aqua Capital Partners, a private equity firm specialized in agribusiness. He served on the global board of Bunge Ltd., one of the world's leading agro-industrial companies and one of the largest listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

In the Cuyo region he led significant investments, among them his stake in the Dominio del Plata winery, in Mendoza. He currently sits on the board of Mogotes Metals Inc., a Canadian mining company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, with exploration operations in the province of San Juan.
